This report covers the property plan for contractors to submit Government Furnished Property.
This document applies to property furnished to and managed by the Contractor. Describe the Contractor's Property Management System (PMS) that will be used to monitor and track property. The PMS consists of electronic systems, written procedures or instructions and processes for functional outcome areas. Contractor shall address all ten Outcome Areas detailed in FAR 52.245-1, paragraphs b and f, and in accordance with DFARS 252.245-7003 and 252.245-7005.
The property plan will define roles and responsibilities, contractual requirements, industry leading practices (ILP), voluntary consensus standards (VCS), customary commercial practices, and continuous process improvement methods used in PMS.
Adjustments to corporate property plans specific to contract or delivery orders can be detailed in an appendix to standard plan.

2Format.(Government format). Report shall be in Microsoft Word 12 point font. A DISA template is available but not required.
3Content.The property plan will define roles and responsibilities, contractual requirements, industry leading practices (ILP), voluntary consensus standards (VCS), customary commercial practices, and continuous process improvement methods utilized in the contractor's PMS.
3.1Contract Number.The contract number.
3.2Major elements of the data to be delivered by the Contractor.Contractor shall address outcome areas detailed in FAR 52.245-1 paragraphs b and f:

Contractor will detail the applicable outcome areas and describe frequency and performance of both physical inventories and independent self-assessment of their respective PMS.
