Preparation Instructions

1Reference documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

2Format and content.The reproductions format and content shall be of the types, classes, and kinds selected from 1.2.1 of MIL-PRF-5480H and specified in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), DD Form 1423 or in the contract statement of work.
