This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

The reference document cited in this DID can be obtained as specified in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The report shall be in the contractor's format.

2ContentThe report shall contain the following information:

2.1Name and hull number of ship

2.2Contract number and job order

2.3Work item number

2.4Paragraph numbers including standard item paragraph number

2.5Volume and type of each coating used the previous month

2.6Volume and type of thinner used the previous month

2.7Calculations used to determine the maximum allowable thinning ration for each coating thinned the previous month
