This information will be used by the Government to monitor monthly other direct cost (ODCs), including travel costs, in comparison against total labor funding percentage.

This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The report shall be presented in a format similar to that of Figure 1.

2Content.The report shall contain all information specified in Figure 1 and shall also include the following:

2.1Incurred cost to the contract line item number (CLIN) funding source level for total labor cost

2.2Information technology (IT) costs

2.3Travel costs

2.4Miscellaneous material cost

2.5The percentage of (IT) costs, travel costs and miscellaneous material costs compared to total labor costs.
