The Cost Summary Report will be used to monitor the contractor's costs incurred on individual tasks assigned as specified in the contract.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from the work task specified in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Cost Summary Report shall be in the contractor's format.

2Content.The Cost Summary Report shall include:

2.1Name, hull number, and location of ship worked on.

2.2Start and completion dates.

2.3Identity and cost of individual task(s), equipment, and personnel utilized.

2.4Total cost.

2.5Remarks.

2.6Signatures of contractor and Government personnel.

3Media Requirements.The Ship Cost Summary Report shall be in Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
