The Financial Estimated Network Activity (NWA) Accrual Report provides the Government with an estimate of contractor labor costs and Other Direct Cost (ODC) expenses for each project task. The report will be used to track accruals across multiple department's requisitions and Network Activities. It will be used to estimate burn rates and predict the number of weeks remaining before funds are depleted.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as specified in the contract.

1Reference Documents.N/A

2Format.The Financial Estimated NWA report shall be in the government format provided in Figure 1.

3Content.The report shall contain the information specified in Sample Figure 1 to enable financial tracking by Purchase Requisition number and Network Activity (NWA) for each project task. The Labor Total Balance divided by the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Summary Burn Rate is used to calculate the estimated weeks to live.

4Media Requirements.The Media requirement for this electronic report shall be Microsoft Excel, version 2016.
