10PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

10.1GeneralAll documentation will be provided at a level of detail sufficient to provide a developer, with comparable levels of expertise, the ability to further develop the deliverable.

10.2FormatThe documentation shall be in the contractor's format.

10.3ContentThe documentation shall contain:

10.3.1Full description of all software supplied.

10.3.2Instructions for using all routines and programs.

10.3.3Listing of each program supplied.

10.4Source Code

10.4.1For each program.

10.4.2For each routine.

10.4.3Installed on Government specified computer and operating system.

10.4.4Tested on Government specified computer and operating system.

10.5Compiled and execution ready object code for the Government specified computer and operating system.
