Preparation Instructions

1Format.Contractor format is acceptable.

2Media Requirements.The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) shall be in the digital data format as specified in the contract.

3Content.Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) shall be presented for each functional element of the mission to be performed. The SOPs shall contain all applicable information for the following:
