The SCLSIS Failure Summary Report will be used to identify failures resulting from shipboard validations and audits for configuration status accounting data and to identify potential problem areas for corrective action.

This data item description (DID) contains format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by a specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.
