This data item description (DID) contains format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by a specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Audit/Validation Report shall be presented in the Contractor's own format.

2Content.The Report shall contain all of the information specified in figure 1 of this DID.
