This report will be used to identify cost per transaction and efficiencies of the Configuration Data Manager (CDM) in processing those transactions.

This Data item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by a specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Report shall be presented in the Contractor format.

2Content.The SCLSIS Metric Report shall contain results of a Query of transaction data obtained from the CDMD-OA database reflecting the following:

2.1Identity of the Configuration Data Manager (CDM)

2.2Total of Monthly transactions

2.3Total of Backlog of transactions

2.4Add Transaction

2.5Change Transactions

2.6Delete Transactions

2.7Reason for backlog if known

2.8Totals as well as source of transactions (ex., ship, ILO, DBR), processing rate and record type (RT2, 3, 4) breakouts.

2.9Include general analysis and explanation of research performed identifying and explaining anomalous readings.

3Media Requirement.The media for this report shall be in Excel 97-2003.
