This document will be used by the Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) to verify that Emergent Work Requirements have been developed in a manner that will meet the requirements of the contract and that the work is on schedule relating to the task milestones and/or completion dates.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions
1Reference.The applicable issue of documents cited herein, including approval dates of any applicable amendments, notices and revision shall be as cited in the contract.
2Format.The report shall be in contractor's format.
3Content.The Emergent Work Specification shall contain all of the information specified in NAVSEA 0900-LP-079-5010, 4-E, Appendix 2-1.
4The report shall also include a title page specifying the following:
4.1Title/identification of the system/component/program/project.
4.2Period covered by the report.
4.4Preparing activity or contractor's title and telephone number.
