This report will be used by the government PM to verify that specific tasks have been performed and that the program is on schedule and will meet milestones and completion dates.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The report shall be in the contractor's format.
2Content.The report shall include a title page specifying the following:
2.1Title/identification of the system/component/program/project.
2.2Period covered by the report.
2.4Preparing activity or contractor's title and telephone number.
2.1The Key Events Scheduleshall also include the following:
2.1.1Contractor provided drawing completion date
2.1.2Identification of LLTM
2.1.3Identification of repair LLTM
2.1.4Completion of Contractor Ship Check
2.1.5Final Work Item completion date
2.1.6K ALT Estimate completion date
2.1.7Final Package proposal date
2.1.8Submittal of production schedule
