This report will be used by the PM and his team to verify that specific tasks have been performed and that the program is on schedule relating to the task milestones and/or completion dates.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The report shall be in the contractor's format.
2Content.The report shall include the following:
2.1RCC in relation to new work and assigned work item numbers
2.2Brief description of the change i.e., comments, example, and the scope change between CFR and RCC.
2.3Date RCC was sent to Government for consideration
2.4Condition Found Report (CFR) cost estimate and RCC final cost estimate
2.5Status of RCC or new work specification submission, accepted or requiring re-write
2.6Date of Government approval of RCC or new work specification
3The report shall also contain a title page specifying the following:
3.1Title/identification of the system/component/program/project.
3.2Period covered by the report.
3.4Preparing activity or contractor's title and telephone number
4Appendixes shall be included when needed to provide tables, references, charts, or other descriptive information.
