The Contractor's Risk Management Plan will be used to monitor management, cost and schedule of the contract efforts relative to a system and equipment. This information will provide the government with risk data for all risks associated with the system/equipment. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from the work task specified in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1FormatThe plan shall be in contractor's format.

2ContentThe plan shall contain a cover and title page identifying the following:

2.1Plan date of issue.

2.2Plan document number/revision number or letter.

2.3Contract number.

2.4Contractor name and address.

2.5Title of plan.

2.6Program title.

2.7Security classification, if classified.

2.8Distribution statement.

2.9Destruction notice.

2.10Revision ControlThe plan shall contain a list of all revisions identifying the following information:

2.10.1Each revision number or letter.

2.10.2Date of each revision.

2.10.3Pages affected by each revision.

2.11Table of ContentsThe table of contents shall identify each major section title, paragraph number, and starting page number for each major section.
