The Mobilization Plan details the contractor's proposed organization, responsibility, and procedures for mobilization of the system and serves as the principal means of planning and executing mobilization operations.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The Mobilization Plan shall be in contractor's format.
2Content.The plan shall contain a title page specifying the following: a. Title/identification of the system/component/program/project. b. Title of Document. c. Contract number. d. Preparing activity or contractor's title. e. Security classification, when required. f. Distribution statement. g. Date of generated document.
2.1The plan shall identify procedures and requirements (if applicable) for the following:
2.1.1Preliminary preparations for mobilization and demobilization (to include licensing, permits, site visits, etc.)
2.1.2Detailed procedures for the transportation and loading of systems and materials onto vessel of opportunity (VOO) and elapsed times.
2.1.3Manpower, personnel, and tools requirements for all mobilization efforts.
2.1.4Detailed procedures for installation of systems onto the VOO and elapsed times.
2.1.5Detailed procedures for off-loading of systems and materials from the VOO and elapsed times.
2.2Paperwork:Describe the procedures of handling and use of records, files, listings, and other documentation related to the mobilization operations.
