The Work Management Plan will be used to plan and prepare for accomplishment of tasks within the contract. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and preparation instructions for the data product resulting from work tasks specified in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The plan shall be in the contractor's format.

2Content.The plan shall contain a cover and title page identifying the following:

2.1Plan date of issue.

2.2Plan document number/revision number or letter.

2.3Contract number.

2.4Contractor name and address.

2.5Title of plan.

2.6Security classification, if classified.

2.7Distribution statement.

2.8Destruction notice, if required.

3The Plan shall contain the following sections:

3.1Certification Page

3.2Purpose.

3.3Executive summary.

3.4Applicability

3.5References

3.6Detailed analysis

3.7Responsibilities.

3.8Procedures.

3.9Reporting requirements

3.10Appendixes, if required.

4Revision Control.The plan shall contain a list of all revisions identifying the following

4.1Each revision number or letter.

4.2Date of each revision.

4.3Pages affected by each revision.

5Media Requirements.The plan shall be in Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
