This report provides the Government with a periodic list of all Manufacturing Nonconformance.

This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract Statement of Work (SOW).

This DID supersedes DI-MGMT-81937.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference documents.None.

2Format.Contractor's format acceptable.

2.2Page size.The report shall be delivered electronically on 8 1/2 by 11 inch (metric A4) page size.

3Content.

3.1Title Page, containing the following:

3.1.1Title/identification of the system/component/program/project.

3.1.2Title of CDRL and CDRL number.

3.1.3Contract number.

3.1.4Preparing activity or contractor's title.

3.1.5Security classification, when required.

3.1.6Distribution Statement.

3.2Table of Contents

3.3The body of the report shall contain the following:

3.3.1All signed Major and Critical Non-conformances.

3.3.2A cumulative list of all Non-conformances (Major, Critical, and Minor) to include the following:

3.3.2.1Submission Date.

3.3.2.2Complete Description of Non-Conformance.

3.3.2.3Non-Conformance Type.

3.3.2.4Non-Conformance Number and Revision.

3.3.2.5Classification of Non-Conformance.

3.3.2.6Status.

3.3.2.7Subsystem.

3.3.2.8Supplier.

3.3.2.9Drawing Number affected.

3.3.2.10Drawing Revision.

3.3.2.11Disposition.

3.3.2.12Cause Description.

3.3.2.13Corrective/Preventive Action.
