The Training Device Interim Support Report (TDISR) will be used to document contractor support provided during interim periods such as Contractor Field Support (CFS), Interim Contractor Support (ICS) or Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) that are included in a training device delivery order as a limited support period used to transfer support responsibility to long term support constructs.
Data documented includes maintenance data to predict future requirements, part failure data, part relationship to the training device, contractor's time distribution, work accomplished, on-the-job training provided, technical data provided and relationship of support to delivered technical data package.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.
This DID supersedes DI-MGMT-81997.
Preparation Instructions

2Format.Contractor format acceptable.
3Content.They shall include the following:
3.1General report identification;
3.1.3Contractor Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
3.1.6Report Number.Number reports sequentially throughout support period.
3.1.7Dates of support covered by report.
3.1.8Training Device Name.
3.1.9Training Device Number.
3.1.10Training Device Location.
3.1.11Names of contractor personnel providing support.
3.1.12Clearance, type of investigation and status date for personnel.
3.2.1Number of hours training device available for training.
3.2.2Number of hours training device in use for training.
3.2.3Number of hours training device down for scheduled/planned maintenance.
3.2.4Number of hours training device down for unscheduled maintenance.
3.2.5Number of unscheduled maintenance/technical assistance events.
3.3Scheduled/planned maintenance log broken down by day.
3.3.1Number of hours expended performing scheduled/planned maintenance.
3.3.2Reference to maintenance actions performed in Training Device's technical documentation.
3.4Unscheduled maintenance log broken down by event.
3.4.1Unscheduled maintenance event date and time.
3.4.3Training event duration.
3.4.4Number of hours expended performing unscheduled maintenance.
