This DID will report the conditions found during structural inspection of each exposed piping penetration, deck drain, deck plating and bulkheads for structural integrity, deterioration, pitting, cracks, and areas of damage or distortion.

This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions
