This DID will provide the Government with auditable coating records of in process and final results for any critically coating application.

This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1References.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

2Format.The report shall be in the contractor's format.

3Content.The report shall contain a Title page containing the following information:
