Preparation Instructions

1Format.The plan shall be in the contractor's format.

2Content.The plan shall contain the following information:

2.1List of all subcontractors performing work aboard Naval Facilities and Vessels.

2.2Identity of each company name and any work to be completed by the Work Item number.
