This DID will be used to obtain the information to determine that the minimum acceptable free available chlorine (FAC) levels have been met.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the discrete task requirements as specified in as delineated in NAVMED P5010-6, Manual of Naval Preventative Medicine, Chapter 6, Water Supply Afloat.

1Reference.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
