This DID will be used for planning, tracking, coordinating and de-conflicting work during the availability. It will also identify all work planned for accomplishment during the maintenance availability.

This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1References.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

2Format.The report shall be in the contractor's format.

3Content.The report shall contain all of the information required by Standard Item 009-60 and shall include the following:

3.1IPS shall be in a sortable/filterable spreadsheet.

3.2Critical Path (Gantt).

3.3Critical Path Network Precedence Diagram Method (PMD).

3.4Key Events/Milestones.

3.5Manpower Curves (Total/Trades).

3.6Manpower Utilization Report.

3.7Weekly Meeting results.
