Use & Relationship
This DID is used to obtain non-emergency information regarding all Extremely Hazardous Substances (EHS) and Hazardous Substances (HS) brought aboard, processed, and stored at the Government facilities.
This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The report shall be in the contractor's format.
2Content.The report shall include the following information:
2.1Name and hull number of ship
2.2Contract number and job order
2.4Work specification paragraph numbers
2.5Standard item paragraph number
2.6Include copies of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of each Extremely Hazardous Substance (EHS) and each Hazardous Substance (HS) brought aboard the Government facility during the availability.
2.7Quantities of all chemical products containing EHS brought aboard the Government facility.
2.8Quantity (by weight) of each HS and EHS stored on the Government facility.
2.9Tier I and Tier II reports, including quantities processed or used, of all products or substances listed.
2.10Quantities of all products or substances processed or used, of all products or substances listed in Section 313 lists of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA).
