This Report shall be used to verify radiological qualifications and track radiological exposure for contractor personnel.
This DID contains the format, content and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract SOW.
The NAVSEA manual referenced in the DID can be obtained as specified in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Reference documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices and revisions shall be as specified in the contract.
2FormatThe report shall be in the contractor's format.
3ContentThe report shall include radiological qualifications for contractor personnel assigned to perform radiological tasks on a contract.
4The report shall identify Radiological qualificationsin accordance with (IAW) NAVSEA 389-0288 Radiological Controls.
5The report and form shall specify:
5.5Exposure History, current and lifetime; if within NNPP
5.6Level of NNPP Training with Expiration Date; if within NNPP
5.7Medical Qualifications; if within NNPP
5.8Exposure Control Limits; if within NNPP
