The Allowance Shortage Report will provide the government with the information required for monitoring, following-up, and expediting outfitting material shortages until received by the ship and identify storeroom material that was used and had to be reordered.

This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
