This DID will be used to capture Government furnished provided to the contract and in pursuit of contracted work and will allow to track accountability for asset management of Government property.
This DID contains the format and content and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the contract SOW.
This DID is applicable to contracts in which GFE has been provided to the contractor in support/execution of the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The Report shall be in the Contractor's format.
2Content.The Report shall contain the following:
2.1Section 1 - Government Furnished Equipment Inventory.This section shall identify the following:
2.1.2Contractor Point of Contact
2.1.4Date Inventory Completed
2.2Section 2 - Government Furnished Equipment Inventory.This section shall identify the following:
2.2.1Asset Identification Number (Asset ID#)
2.2.2Unique Item Identifier (UII) or DoD recognized Item Unique Identifier (IUID)
2.2.3National Stock Number (NSN)
2.2.5Nomenclature (NOMEN)
2.2.7Model Number (M/N), if applicable
2.2.10Current condition of equipment, per the equipment condition status listed below as applicable:
2.2.10.1Condition A - Serviceable Usable without Qualification.New, used, repaired, or reconditioned equipment which is serviceable and useable for its intended purpose.
2.2.10.2Condition B - Serviceable Usable with Qualification.New, used, repaired, or reconditioned equipment which is serviceable and useable for its intended purpose.
2.2.10.3Condition D - Serviceable Test/Modification.Serviceable equipment which requires test, alteration, modification, conversion or disassembly. This does not include items which must be inspected or tested immediately prior to issue.
2.2.10.4Condition F - Unserviceable Reparable.Economically reparable equipment which requires repair, overhaul, or reconditioning.
2.2.10.5Condition H - Condemned.Equipment which has been determined to be unserviceable and cannot be repaired.
2.3Section 3 - Government Furnished Equipment Inventory.This section shall identify all equipment Loss, Damaged, Missing with explanation and required a DD Form 200.
