This DID contains the format and content preparation instruction resulting from the work task as delineated in the contract.

1Format.The Report shall be in the Contractor's format.

2Content.The Report shall contain:

2.1Number of visits to Government site to perform snow removal service.

2.2Number of Bags of salt used at the Government site to perform service.

2.3Any issues that hindered the removal effort.
