The Range After-Action Summary Report provides the government with summary reports and totals for work performed at the Combined Tactical Training Ranges (CTTR) following each range closure or target maintenance evolution.
This data item description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The Range After-Action Summary Report shall be presented in a format similar to that of Figure 1.
2Content.The report shall include information for target maintenance evolutions at impact and bombing ranges (i.e., Pine Castle Impact Range, Impact Urban Target, Impact Strafe, and Fallon range closure reporting for B16, B19, and B29). The report shall include all the information specified in Figure 1 (CTTR Range After-Action Summary Report) and shall also contain the following:
2.4Information for Navy point of contact (name, phone, and e-mail)
2.7Contract and work order number
2.8Number of acres cleared
2.9Materials recovered, relocated and segregated along with associated weight in tons.
2.10A table, similar to the table in Figure 1, that shows information in rows for munitions, target debris, miscellaneous scrap metal, and non-metal debris.The table shall also show corresponding column information for recovered tons, prior total tons, total tons year to date (YTD), and type.
2.11Note section for detailed work accomplished, target construction, time sensitive strike, etc.
2.12Note section for all items removed and recycled from Impact Range (i.e., hazards encountered, special conditions, etc.).
2.13Map and location information for the area cleared that shows longitude, latitude, and remarks.
