The Annual Schedule of all Inspections and Audits identifies when and where the contractor will perform audits and inspections throughout the year. It is used by the government to track and monitor the Quality inspections and audits performed or scheduled by the contractor at the Combined Tactical Training Ranges (CTTR).
This data item description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
1Format.The Annual Schedule of Inspections and Audits shall be in contractor's format.
2Content.The schedule shall include the following:
2.1All audits, inspections, and assessments which are planned for the contract year, regardless of who will be performing them.
2.2Inspection and audit title by:
2.2.1Workgroup (function),
2.2.6and other designator to permit quick recognition of the scope of the inspection and audit.
2.3All audits that will be performed by the Quality Manager at each site.
2.4The type of inspection and audit to be performed, (i.e., Technical, Safety, Procedural (Process), statistical process control, analyses, corrective action, or follow-up on pending actions, etc.).
2.5The month(s) when the inspection and audit is planned.
2.6Identify the scope, plans, procedures, work instructions, and check sheets that will be used.
2.7All changes and updates to the initial Schedule for the purpose of rescheduling and clearly identify all cancellations, postponements, and rescheduling as well as re-inspections to close out previous findings.
2.8Justifications for rescheduled or postponed audits.
2.9The date and time that all changes were made to the schedule and the name of the person making the change.
2.10The associated work order(s) used to track cost shall be included.
2.11Identify all updates to the schedule to reflect completed audits, and identify complete with no non-conformities, or complete with non-conformities.
2.12the date audit was scheduled and completed, number of non-conformities, and corresponding non-conformity numbers.
2.13The date for any follow up and re-inspections made due to findings or non-conformities and to verify completion of any corrective action.
