The Generic Towing Plan Addendum will provide the government with tow details unique to each specific tow.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirements as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The Generic Towing Plan Addendum shall be in the contractor's format.

2Content.The Generic Towing Plan Addendum shall contain the following voyage-specific information:

2.1Name of all tugs assigned to the tow, and the designated tug telephone numbers.

2.2A list of key personnel and points of contact (contractor, subcontractor, land haul contractor, and government) and their contact information.
