The Non-Disclosure Agreement DID is used to create a confidential relationship protecting classified, confidential, or sensitive Government information or data disclosed to contractors.
To create a confidential relationship between the parties to protect any type of classified, confidential, or sensitive Government information or data.
a. Use this Data Item Description (DID) for signature of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before disclosure of classified, confidential, or sensitive information or data that is owned or possessed by the Government.
b. This DID is applicable when a Government organizational unit enters into a contract, interagency agreement, or other formal relationship where certain information must be disclosed to Contractors for the purpose of a contract.
c. This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
