Data delivered using this Data Item Description (DID) will be used to assess program risk when transitioning DMSMS operations and management to the Government.

This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The DMSMS Operations Transfer plan shall be in the contractor's format and provided electronically in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word.

2Content.The DMSMS Operations Transfer plan shall detail the transfer of all DMSMS data to the government including: the inventory of parts and software related to DMSMS solutions, DMSMS case data, and DMSMS related logistics and technical data. The plan shall identify all DMSMS management tools used by the contractor. The plan shall identify any risks to implementation of the plan and any additional costs to the government that may result from the plan. The plan shall include a revision number and date.
