This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

1Reference Documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

3Format.The DMSMS Subcontractor Health Report shall be in the contractor's format and provided electronically in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word.
4Content.The DMSMS Subcontractor Health Report shall identify the health of subcontractor's DMSMS management programs, as described in SAE STD-0016A, section 3.2 and Appendix C, Section C.2. The report shall only include subcontractors who supply items which are not commercial items, as defined in 48 CFR 2.101-Definitions. The report shall identify subcontractor DMSMS management shortfalls that could impact production, life cycle sustainment, or technical refresh. If a subcontractor is deemed deficient in DMSMS management, the report shall include the actions that are being taken to mitigate that deficiency.
