The Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) Additional Training Accomplishment Report documents the status of the contractor's effort towards achieving contract objectives. It identifies a method to track completion of training in the United States Air Force (USAF) Aviation Resource Management Database. The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Form 1522, ARMS Additional Training Accomplishment Report, serves as the source document for training completion documentation. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference Documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.

2Format.The ARMS Additional Training Accomplishment Report shall be in accordance with AMC Form 1522 and shall be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).

3Content.The ARMS Additional Training Accomplishment Report shall comply with AMC Form 1522 and shall contain the following:

3.1Trainee Last Name.

3.2Social Security Number (SSN) shall be left blank.

3.3Trainee's Unit Number.

3.4Event Description, which shall be identified as "Initial," "Refresher," or "Flight Simulator Training," as applicable.

3.5Event Identifier.For Initial and Refresher training, indicate "G250." Otherwise, Event Identifier shall be left blank.

3.6Course Completion Date.

3.7Instructor Certification indicating that the training was completed by the trainee.
