This data item description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the discrete task request as delineated in the contract.

2Format.The Certificate of Disposal shall be in either the contractor's format or format of the licensed disposal facility.

3Content.The Certificate of Disposal shall contain the following:

3.1Volume of waste disposed in cubic feet

3.2Disposal shipment Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste manifest or shipment number

3.3Disposal date

3.4Location (e.g., cell, facility) where each container or item is placed at the disposal facility.
