The Waste Shipping Documentation provides the Government with waste tracking and receipt information.
Residual waste shipping documentation for outgoing shipments of residual waste, from the contractor to a disposal site or to a secondary treatment or processing facility, allows the Government to review and approve outgoing waste shipments.
This data item description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the discrete task request as delineated in the contract.
Preparation Instructions
2Format.The Waste Shipping Documentation shall be in the contractor's format.
3Content.The Waste Shipping Documentation for the transportation of the waste material to the treatment or disposal facility shall contain the following:
3.1The signed Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest.
3.2The completed signed copy of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest including the Hazardous Waste Report Management Method Codes.
3.3The signed Asbestos Waste Shipment Record.
3.4A draft copy of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest for residual shipments.
3.5The draft residual waste Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifest.
3.6Any other applicable signed waste shipping documents.
