The Asbestos Waste Documentation will provide the Government with tracking, shipping, and disposal information on the Government generator's asbestos waste. Asbestos waste and any asbestos containing daughter waste products originating from asbestos waste shall be tracked until disposed.

This data item description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the discrete task request as delineated in the contract.

2Format.The Asbestos Waste Documentation shall be submitted in format of Sample Figure 1.

3Content.The Asbestos Waste Documentation shall include all content in Sample Figure 1. The contractor shall include the Identification (ID) number that begins with "R" and followed by seven digits. The contractor shall include the Project ID number on all copies of the applicable waste shipment record(s) accompanying asbestos waste and any asbestos containing daughter waste products resulting from processing/disposal of asbestos wastes.
