The Maintenance Status and Forecast Report (MSFR) provides a snapshot of the current condition of contractor-maintained aircraft, engines, and auxiliary mission equipment; including the expiration dates of any overfly waivers, calendar-based inspection due dates, flight-hours-based inspection due times, due dates/times of time-change items, and Time-Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) compliance status. The data will be used to facilitate efficient scheduling of maintenance events including effective utilization of maintenance resources (manpower and facilities).
This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
Preparation Instructions
1Reference documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices, and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
2Format.The MSFR shall be in the contractor's format.
3Content.The MSFR shall contain the following:
3.1Aircraft and engine informationto include manufacturer and applicable part number and serial number.
3.2Aircraft and engine flight time and engine cycles.
3.3Open maintenance discrepancies.
3.4Technical Order prescribed flight-hour-based inspection due times within the next 100 flight-hours.
3.5Technical Order prescribed calendar-based inspection due dates within the next 12 months.
3.6Time-change items due dates/times.
3.6.1Cartridge Actuated Devices/Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD) by aircraftand must include, but not limited to:
3.6.1.2National stock number (NSN).
3.6.1.5Replace cycle Date of Install (DOI).
3.6.1.6Replace cycle Date of Manufacture (DOM).
3.6.1.8Date of manufacture.
3.6.1.10Location on aircraft (forward seat, aft seat).
3.6.1.11Geographic location of CAD/PAD.
3.6.1.12Ordering forecast of asset quantities to support the annual data call.
3.7TCTO status, due dates, and any applicable waivers/extensions.
3.8Copies of any contractor-initiated -107T waivers to overfly due dates or timesas defined in TO 00-25-107 or fly with a Red X condition as defined in TO 00-20-1. (Copies of these Technical Orders are available online at https://www.tinker.af.mil/Resources/Technical-Orders/.)
3.9Summary of CAD/PAD temporary extensions requested and/or approved, with extension expiration dates.
3.10Listing of Alternate Mission Equipment (AME) (pylons, adapters, fuel tanks, etc.) and status.
3.11Parts on order for unscheduled maintenanceto include:
3.11.1Requisition number.
3.11.6Estimated ship date.
3.11.7Mark For/Aircraft ordered against.
3.11.8Geographic location of shipment.
