The Summary Report of Data Records Management Activity documents the contractors' effort towards achieving contract objectives. The Summary Report documents all assistance provided to any worldwide Aerial Port Data records functions, to include requests for information (RFIs)-specific training provided as outlined in Air Force Instruction (AFI) 24-605, Air Transportation Operations, Volume 2 (V2), Section 4B. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
Preparation Instructions
1Reference Documents.The applicable issue of the documents cited herein, including their approval dates and dates of any applicable amendments, notices and revisions, shall be as specified in the contract.
2Format.The Summary Report of Data Records Management Activity shall be in Microsoft Excel format.
3Content.The Summary Report of Data Records Management Activity shall contain the following:
3.1Report of Data Records Transportation services, which shall include a description of the following:
3.2Any assistance provided pertaining to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) requirements
3.3Any assistance provided pertaining to aerial port workload reporting
3.4Any assistance provided pertaining to Transportation Working Capital Fund (TWCF) and Non-TWCF manifest register completion
3.5Any assistance provided pertaining to creating and maintaining consolidated flight packages
3.6Any assistance provided pertaining to airlift ground handling records disposition
3.7Any assistance provided pertaining to deployed aerial port forces records disposition
3.8Any assistance provided pertaining to small terminal record keeping
3.9Any assistance provided pertaining to transportation discrepancy reporting
3.10Any assistance provided pertaining to data records functions for Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) database data integrity and management
3.11Cumulative totals of the number of the activities identified above in paragraph 3 that occurred throughout the current fiscal year.
