The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Log Summary documents the status of the contractors' effort towards achieving contract objectives. It identifies passenger vetting prior to manifesting specific passenger categories on Department of Defense (DoD)-controlled airlift. The Log Summary provides the government visibility into system interface outages.

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

Preparation Instructions

2Format.The DHS Log Summary shall be in Microsoft Excel format.

3Content.The DHS Log Summary shall contain the following:

3.1Aerial Port of Embarkation for each passenger traveling on DoD-controlled airlift

3.2Aerial Port of Debarkation for each passenger traveling on DoD-controlled airlift

3.3Mission departure date and time for each passenger

3.4Aircraft mission number that each passenger is manifested against

3.5Number of passengers vetted by aircraft mission number

3.6Reason for submitting data to either Electronic Secure Flight (eSF) or Electronic Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS)
