The Report of Manual Manifesting Activity documents the status of the contractors' effort towards achieving contract objectives. It identifies the manual manifests inputted into Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).

This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference Documents.None.

2Format.The Report of Manual Manifesting Activity shall be in Microsoft Excel format.

3Content.The Report of Manual Manifesting Activity shall contain the following:

3.1Number of manifests entered into GATESfor each location that does not have GATES capability or acceptable electronic capability for cargo and passenger manifesting. Each location shall be identified by Area of Responsibility (AOR), to include:

3.1.1Total tons of cargo manifested per location and AOR

3.1.2Total passengers manifested per AOR, including space required and space available passengers

3.2Number of manifests entered into GATESfor each GATES-capable location during system unavailability, to include:

3.2.1Total tons of cargo manifested per location and AOR

3.2.2Total passengers manifested per AOR, including space required and space available passengers

3.3Number of manifests entered into GATESfor each deployed Web GATES location supported, to include:

3.3.1Total tons of cargo manifested per location and AOR

3.3.2Total passengers manifested per AOR, including space required and space available passengers

3.4Cumulative totals of activities, identified above in 3.a through 3.c., throughout the current fiscal year.
