This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference Documents.None.

2Format.The Ad Hoc Data Requests shall be in one of the following formats: graphical (e.g., Microsoft Power Point, Tableau), electronic dashboard, electronic scorecard, Microsoft Excel flat file and workbooks, or Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF).

3Content.The Ad Hoc Data Requests shall contain the following:

3.1Response title that aligns with the data requested(for example: Hazardous Cargo Shipments from Kadena Airbase to Travis Air Force Base DD MMM YY to DD MMM YY)

3.2Summary of data requested

3.3Derived data source(e.g., Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), world wide web, Workload Reporting System (WRS))

3.4Supporting data utilized to provide response to the specific request

3.5Version control sequence by date and time for each request(for example: DD MMM YY Version number)
