The Semi-Annual Equipment Inventory List provides equipment inventory and condition of equipment, as well as data entry of system, status, and other related issues through in-house or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software. This inventory provides support of Air Force Medical Service peacetime and wartime operations for Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) communications.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data deliverable resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.
Preparation Instructions
1Reference Documents.None.
2Format.The Semi-Annual Equipment Inventory List shall be in the contractor's Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet format, with separate tabs for each Patient Movement Item (PMI) location.
3Content.The Semi-Annual Equipment Inventory List shall incorporate a comparative analysis of information from the system-generated Custodian Receipt Locator inventory report from the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and the PMI - Asset Tracking System (PMI-ATS) report for each PMI location. The Semi-Annual Equipment Inventory List shall identify data differences between the Custodian Receipt Locator inventory and the PMI-ATS reports for each PMI location.
3.1The Semi-Annual Equipment Inventory List shall contain the following for each equipment item:
3.1.1Equipment maintenance data
3.1.2Mismatched serial numbers
3.1.3Missing or inaccurate equipment data
3.1.4Outdated equipment data (data is considered outdated if not from the last 6 months)
3.1.5Updated equipment certification dates and a yes/no indication that these dates are updated in the PMI-ATS
