This report will be used to identify average proposal submittal timelines across contract holders and programs. This will be one method to gauge contractor responsiveness to solicitations and the efficiency and effectiveness of their solicitation development process.

This DID contains the format, content, and intended use information for the data product resulting from the work task described in the solicitation.

Preparation Instructions

1Reference documents.None.

2Format.The deliverable shall use the following Government format:

2.1The deliverable will consist of a cover page and proposal information.

2.2The cover page will state the company name, program manager name, e-mail address, telephone number, contract/solicitation name, contract/solicitation number, and CDRL number.

2.3The report will list the proposal information as described in section 3.

3Content.The report shall contain the following information for each proposal submission under the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Delivery contract vehicle.

3.3Original Proposal Due Date

3.4Revised Proposal Due Date

3.5Proposal Submittal Date
