Preparation Instructions

10.1Contract.This data item is generated by the contract which contains a specific and discrete work task to develop this data product.

10.2Format.This report shall be prepared on DD Form 1532, Pest Management Report. Instructions for preparation are given on the form.

10.3Content.Report shall include the data indicated below:

10.3.1Target Pest.Indicate name of pest.

10.3.2Operation Location and Area.Include treated area location, total units treated, unit, and site.

10.3.3Pesticide.Include name of pesticide, form, application amount and unit, final concentration, rate, supply source and time.
