Description & Purpose

3.1 The Test Scheduling Report provides pre-test information.

3.2 The report informs the technical supervisor of a scheduled major test.

Application & Interrelationship

7.1 This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

7.2 This DID is applicable to test programs other than those conducted at National Ranges.

7.3 This DID supersedes DI-T-1909.

Preparation Instructions

10.1Media.The Test Scheduling Report specific media shall be a teletype message. The message shall be sent to the technical supervisor within (24) hours after a test is definitely scheduled.

10.2Format.The Test Scheduling Report format shall be contractor selected. Unless effective presentation would be degraded, the initially used format arrangement shall be used for all subsequent submissions.

10.3Content.The Test Scheduling Report shall contain the following:

10.3.2Scheduled data and hour of test

10.3.3Test objective

10.3.4Test hardware

10.3.5Test description

10.3.6Comparison of test objectives, hardware, and description to the project office test plan, with an explanation of all deviations.

10.3.7Comparison of test objectives, hardware and description to the detailed test plan with an explanation of all deviations.Intended "quick fixes", improvisions and deviations in either test objectives, hardware or description shall be explained in detail.
