The Facilities Maintenance Report provides visibility into contractor preventive and corrective maintenance, time, and materials cost. This would include all government-owned property used in support of operations and maintenance contracts.

Preparation Instructions

1This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.

2This DID is applicable when contractors are responsible for the operations and maintenance of facilities.

3This DID supersedes DI-MISC-81423.

4Format.The report shall consist of three sections grouping maintenance actions under the following categories:

4.1Category I for real property and real property installed equipment.

4.2Category II for other equipment (non-vehicular).

4.3Category III for vehicles.

5Content.The report shall contain the following information:

5.1Property identification number and nomenclature.

5.2Location.

5.3Maintenance task number.

5.4Manhours, labor cost, and materials cost shall be for the current period for all categories.Cumulative totals for the current fiscal year shall be for real property and real property installed equipment.

5.5Type of maintenance and status of action.
