The System Deficiency Report (SDR) data contains information about hardware and software deficiencies and their resolution status. The SDR data is used as a management tool to document and track the resolution of deficiencies on LCAC craft.

a. This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task required as delineated in the contract.

Preparation Instructions

1Format.The SDR shall be presented in the contractor's format.

2Content.The SDR data shall be identical in all respects to that generated by the contractor to manage the recording and resolution of Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) hardware and software deficiencies.

2.1The SDR data shall contain the following information for each hardware and software deficiency.
